To pay online by card, you will need your card number and the security code found on your card, also known as the CVV code. If the online service you are using uses Visa Secure, you will also need your own bank’s online banking credentials in addition to your card details. The bank always assesses, for each donation, whether the donation can be accepted without identification using online banking credentials.

To make a card donation online, your card’s online payment limit must be sufficient. You can check and change this limit in your online bank or your bank’s mobile app.

When donating online, you can choose whether to donate from your bank account or your credit account:

Donating from a bank account: Use the number sequence found on the back of your card in the lower left corner, together with the security code. The first 16 digits form your card number, and the last three digits are the security code. Donating from a credit account: Use the 16-digit number sequence found on the front of your card, together with the security code found on the back of the card, on the right side of the signature panel.
