The funds raised for this project are used to support girls who have dropped out of school and single mothers in Agago, Northern Uganda. Through the project, women receive training in practical skills such as sewing, cooking, baking, agricultural work, and the basics of entrepreneurship and business.
In addition, the girls and women need therapeutic support, as well as knowledge and skills related to life management, personal health, sexuality, hygiene, nutrition, saving, and money management.
Your support enables these girls and women living in poverty to gain a profession, learn new skills, and earn a livelihood. The support is used to organize trainings, purchase the materials needed for the trainings, and maintain the training center.
ADRA Uganda serves as the project partner responsible for the practical implementation of the project and the organization of the trainings.
